The most dreaded original "Money Round" returns — with $5,000 in cash prizes on the line.
This is a Sound Quality Invitational. No orgs. No side formats. Just the Money Round.
THE FORMAT:
— Based on the Aggieland XII scoresheet and criteria
— Six judges. Total cumulative scoring.
— All vehicles judged indoors.
— Each judge selects their own music with liner notes
— Round 0 = Calibration/Feedback Round (sponsored, no placements)
— Rounds 1–4 = Saturday
— Rounds 5–7 = Sunday
SLOT ASSIGNMENT:
A structured process will be used for round slot assignments, not entirely random, but designed to keep the playing field balanced. Details will be shared with invitees at time of invite.
HOW INVITES WORK:
Invites will be sent in waves based on competition history and event participation. Once confirmed, invites go out and the tentative judge list will be released at the same time.
