AGC of Indiana is pleased to announce a major milestone in our educational programming: registration is officially open for our first-ever in-person Project Manager Development Program (PMDP)!
This program is presented through AGCI University, the educational arm of AGC of Indiana dedicated to bringing national-level training opportunities directly to Indiana construction professionals.
The PMDP features a specialized curriculum developed by our national association, AGC of America, to meet the dynamic needs of the commercial and industrial construction sectors. Tailored for early-career project managers and rising professionals looking to transition into the role, this interactive program equips participants with essential tools, proven strategies, and actionable industry insights needed to drive project success.
Expert Leadership
We are proud to partner with Dan Beatty of Construction Leadership Solutions to facilitate this inaugural cohort. Dan brings proven expertise, having successfully delivered this program for AGC chapters across the country.
Program Schedule & Structure
The PMDP consists of 40 hours of live, in-seat instruction divided into five 8-hour modules. Attendance for all five dates is mandatory for program completion.
- October 28: Unit 1 – Introduction to Project Management
- October 29: Unit 2 – Initiating and Planning (Part 1)
- November 5: Unit 3 – Initiating and Planning (Part 2)
- November 12: Unit 4 – Executing
- November 19: Unit 5 – Monitoring, Controlling, and Project Closeout
Limited Capacity & Registration Details
To maximize interaction and hands-on learning, class size is limited. Secure your spot early to ensure your seat in this inaugural cohort. All 2026 classes will be held at SILO Auto Club, downtown Indianapolis.
Registration Deadline: October 16. AGC of Indiana membership required for registration.
