After Work Reset: A Somatic Workshop to End Your Workday

If you finish work with tight shoulders, racing thoughts or the urge to check your emails “just one more time”, you’re not alone. Many professionals struggle to switch off after work, leaving their nervous system stuck in work mode long after they left the office.
This 60-minute Afterwork Reset workshop combines gentle movement, somatic coaching and guided reflection to help you create a clear transition between work and your Feierabend.
Together we will:
- Release physical tension built up during the workday
- Learn why your nervous system needs a conscious ending to the day
- Explore what keeps you mentally “at work”
- Build simple tools you can use after any workday to reduce stress and prevent burnout

About your host
The workshop is led by Verena Hoffmann, former HR Manager, ICF-certified somatic coach and movement teacher. Drawing on her experience in people & culture and nervous system regulation, she combines practical science with movement to help people build sustainable resilience without wellness clichés.
