Our seated exercise session is a part of our Young @Heart, Body & Mind sessions.
Each session runs in person at 13-17 Bridge Street and is free to attend with an emphasis on social connection, laughter, fun and a little movement hidden in the benefits..
We've created the online option for those unable to attend in person. Join the fun and connect with your wider community from your chair at home or wherever you are. If you are smiling at the end...it did its job.

Before we begin, please take a moment to read the following:
By participating in this online session, you confirm that:
You are taking part voluntarily and at your own risk.
You are exercising within your own physical limits and abilities.
You will stop immediately if you feel dizzy, unwell, short of breath, or in pain.
You understand that ACE and the instructor cannot see you and cannot provide individual supervision or correction.
You are responsible for ensuring your exercise space is safe, clear of hazards, and suitable for movement.
Please ensure you have:
✔ A stable chair (not on wheels)
✔ Enough clear space around you
✔ A drink of water nearby
If you have any underlying health conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult your GP before taking part in this or any new exercise activity.
