About The Speaker:

Dr. Anna Lepeley is an exercise biochemistry and nutrition researcher, author, keynote speaker, and internationally touring comedian with a passion for making science both informative and entertaining. She holds a PhD in Exercise Biochemistry and Nutrition research and has extensive experience in exercise physiology, sports nutrition, hydration, dietary supplements, and health education. She is the author of Beer Is Good for You, where she explores research surrounding beer, alcohol, nutrition, and their potential effects on health. Through her seminars and speaking engagements, Dr. Lepeley translates scientific research into engaging, accessible conversations while using humor to challenge common misconceptions about nutrition and wellness.
