We will explore the basics of a home bar, bartending techniques and basic recipes. For the more advanced crowd and science nerds, we will talk about the history and science of clarified cocktails aka milk punch.

We’ll go over the chemistry inside using milk proteins to create crystal clear, shelf stable beverages. Where clarified cocktails started and how to make them today using more than just milk!

About The Speaker:
Luis Arce is a Brooklyn born military veteran with 10+ years in the service industry, a cocktail nerd with a passion for the history of bartending and science involved with cocktail making. He has done speaking engagements and bartending tutorials in Boston, NYC and Charleston, SC. Currently writing his first book on bartending and is excited to share his love of mixing cocktails to the masses.
