The setting is intentionally small by design, creating the kind of warmth and ease that allow conversations to feel natural and personal.
Twenty women entrepreneurs will gather around one table for an unhurried night of conversation, beautiful hospitality, and thoughtful perspective. Signature mocktails will be poured, savory bites will move through the room, soft music will play in the background, and the evening will unfold at its own pace.
You are invited to arrive with a decision you’ve been carrying about your business, your leadership, or what you’re building next. It may be a new idea, a change in direction, an expansion, a partnership, an opportunity, or simply a question about what comes next.
There is no presentation to prepare and no pressure to have the right answer. You simply bring what you’ve been thinking about. The women around the table will listen, share relevant experiences, offer perspective, and perhaps introduce a possibility you haven’t considered.
The conversation is thoughtful, but never clinical. Honest, but never intrusive. No one is there to fix you or make the decision for you. The room exists to give women founders something that can be surprisingly difficult to find: space to think clearly among other women who understand what it means to build, lead, take risks, change direction, and decide what comes next.
Discretion is part of the experience. What is shared in The Decision Room stays in The Decision Room, and there is no selling inside the room.
As the evening winds down, dessert arrives, coffee and tea are poured, the music comes back up, and the night settles into conversation.
You may leave with a decision. You may leave with a next step. You may simply leave seeing things more clearly than when you arrived.
