What to expect
Your experience begins with a welcome glass of prosecco or a refreshing soft drink. Our bartenders will then lead a lively 10–20-minute interactive introduction to the fundamentals of cocktail making.
You’ll learn how to:
Use essential bartending tools
Shake, stir, pour, and garnish like a professional
Balance flavours and ingredients
Prepare a classic cocktail or experiment with your own creation
Then it’s your turn to step behind the bar and put your new skills into practice. With support from our team, you’ll create your own personal cocktail—and, of course, enjoy drinking it afterwards.
No previous experience is needed. Just bring your creativity and get ready to shake things up.
