This is a 4-hour immersive Afro-Caribbean experience.
Guided by chef and nutritional scientist Magda Tedla.
We’ll cook together.
Learn the context and history behind the food.
And sit down to eat — properly.
No rushing. No overcomplication.
Just real food, made with intention.
