We are very excited to welcome Gambian Chef Agie Biwersi for our Valentine’s Dinner to create a special African fusion menu inspired by Senegalese & Gambian cuisine. Known for her modern reinterpretations of traditional dishes, Agie combines authentic flavors with a refined, artistic presentation.
The centerpiece of our V-Day Dinner is Benachin, a traditional Senegambian one-pot Jollof dish of rice, vegetables, and aromatic spices, served with tender beef, lamb, and chicken legs, and reimagined with Agie’s contemporary touch — vibrant, soulful, and beautifully composed.

West African White Sweet Potato Soup
Velvety sweet potato soup, delicately spiced and topped with crispy golden plantain chips
Senegambian Benachin - Red Rice Platter
A fragrant bed of red rice with seasonal vegetables, crowned with tender lamb chops, juicy beef cuts, and succulent chicken legs, served with our signature homemade herb marinade and a touch of chili
Creamy Cheesecake
Smooth and creamy cheesecake finished with a silky red berry sauce
