Habitat Chicago will be accepting applications in the summer of 2026, as space in our Affordable Homeownership Program permits. We encourage all interested applicants to attend one of our in person information sessions to learn more about the program, its requirements, and how to complete the application. Please note there is a 7-year residency requirement to purchase homes in the Austin neighborhood. Sufficient documentation must be provided.
