Aerial Alignment Workshops�Explore your practice. Find your voice. Grow your wings.Join Michele Guess, ERYT, for a series of 14 themed aerial yoga workshops blending mindful alignment, playful exploration, and the art of teaching.
Each 2.5-hour workshop offers time to explore poses, ask questions, and build confidence with the hammock. Discover everything from foundational poses and supported inversions to creative flows, restorative practices, kids aerial yoga, and partner poses.
Throughout the series, we’ll weave in spotting and assisting, pose adaptations, sequencing, and opportunities to develop your own teaching voice and style.
Come to deepen your practice or begin your journey toward teaching. Take workshops individually, or complete 10 workshops plus teaching requirements to receive aerial yoga certification.
