Aerial Yin Teacher Training. A deeply nurturing and restorative training designed to teach the art of slowing down and creating space for healing through the hammock. In this module, you’ll explore low hammock movements, gentle inversions, and floating postures that support spinal release, hip opening, and nervous system regulation. Learn how to weave visualisation, breathwork, and guided meditation into your classes, cultivating a calm, grounded energy that helps students completely relax and destress. This training will give you the tools and confidence to facilitate restorative Aerial Yin experiences — inviting students into a state of nervous system regulation and reset.
