Step away from the noise of the city and sink into stillness at our aerial soundbath inside Urban Zen Yoga Studio.Held gently in a suspended aerial hammock, this immersive sound journey is designed to help the body deeply relax while layers of gong, voice, drum and atmospheric sound move around the room. The hammocks create a feeling of weightlessness and safety, allowing many people to settle far more quickly than in a traditional meditation or floor-based soundbath.
From the moment you climb into the hammock, the experience becomes less about “doing” and more about letting go. The gentle sway of the fabric, combined with carefully layered live sound, creates a cocoon-like environment where the nervous system can finally slow down.
Throughout the session you will experience a blend of symphonic gong, shamanic drumming, overtone vocals, chimes and immersive sound textures, all played live and intuitively woven together to create a calming and deeply atmospheric journey.
The studio itself creates the perfect setting for this experience. Soft lighting, warmth and the intimate acoustics of the room allow the sound to feel close, enveloping and deeply personal. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer and far more grounded than when they arrived.
You do not need any previous experience with meditation or sound healing. This space is open to complete beginners as well as those already familiar with sound journeys.
Please note:
• Spaces are limited due to hammock capacity
• Wear warm, comfortable clothing
• Arriving a little early is recommended so you can settle in fully before the session begins
