In this unique session, guests are gently suspended in aerial yoga slings while enveloped in soothing tones from gongs, crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments. The combination of weightless suspension and immersive sound allows your body to release tension deeply, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to fully reset.Note- this is a sound bath only session.
