Mixed Level Advanced Class with Tai Chi Traditions, Inc. instructors to further improve the knowledge and execution of the form as you nourish the mind, body and soul.One should have completed at least one Beginner's Tai Chi Class and be well acquainted with the form.
$5 Donation per class to cover this indoor space. Plans are to return outdoors when the weather permits.
