This program offers a practical framework for identifying, valuing, safeguarding, and transferring a wide range of digital assets—from cryptocurrencies and online investment accounts to social media profiles and digital mining operations. Participants will gain a working understanding of blockchain technology and
its expanding role in commerce, along with the knowledge needed to advise clients on key legal, tax, regulatory, and privacy considerations. Through focused discussion and real-world insights, attendees will explore valuation
strategies for volatile assets, fiduciary responsibilities, and best practices for security and documentation.
