This 2 day training is suitable for qualified massage therapists.
The aim of this training is to provide the therapist with the knowledge and confidence to help their clients to deal with pain, improve their range of movement and correct their overall posture.
You will learn a variety of massage techniques and a new way of approaching old issues with your clients to help pain and improve their range of movement.
Deep Tissue techniques, a range of active and passive stretching techniques , including a table Thai and side lying.
You will treat with confidence varied pathologies such as back pain, neck and shoulder issues, sciatica, hamstring strain, dysfunction of the knees, carpel tunnel pain, tennis elbow and planter fasciitis, etc
