Do you have a pile of busy‑work that’s been silently judging you from the corner , but you just can’t seem to get started?
If you’re an ADHDer or a neurodivergent deep‑thinker who keeps procrastinating on the tasks you know you need to do, Adult Study Hall is your place to finally get unstuck.
Paperwork, sorting mail, clearing your inbox, updating your resume - whatever’s been sitting on your to-do list, you can bring it here and get it done in a supportive environment.
Hosted by life coach, speaker, and podcaster Kimberly Frey, Adult Study Hall is built around one of the most effective productivity tools for neurodivergent brains: body doubling. You don’t have to do it alone; you just need to do it together.
We’ll begin with a mini group‑coaching session where Kimberly breaks down executive functioning in a way that finally makes sense. You’ll learn why these skills can feel so slippery for neurodivergent adults and then walk away with simple, brain‑friendly tools to support your organization, time management, and productivity.
Then, you’ll settle in and work on whatever you brought with you, surrounded by people who get it. While the official session ends at 6pm, the venue stays open later for anyone who is in their groove and wants to keep going.
Admission is free, but all participants must purchase a drink from the bar (non-alcoholic options are available).
