FIELD DAYZ CLUB PRESENTS: ADULT FIELD DAY 🏐🏅Field Dayz Club is taking field day indoors! Step onto the court for an afternoon filled with movement, competition, music, laughter, and the games that made being outside fun in the first place.
No rain. No heat. No checking the weather. Just four hours of adults putting their phones down, letting loose, meeting new people, and doing something different.
🔥 WARM-UP PARTY
We’re starting the day with a high-energy exercise and dance warm-up party! Expect music, movement, and an upbeat guided workout designed to loosen everybody up and get the energy going before the games begin.
Come on time you do not want to walk in after the teams have already been formed and the party has started!
🏐 INDOOR ADULT FIELD DAY
Get ready for dodgeball, tug-of-war, relay races, team challenges, individual competitions, social games, and more throughout the event.
Whether you come ready to dominate or you’re just there to laugh, play, and have a good time, the games are built to keep everybody moving and interacting.
🏃🏾♀️ TEAM + INDIVIDUAL GAMES
You’ll have opportunities to compete with your team and represent yourself in individual challenges. Expect friendly competition, plenty of trash talk, and a full schedule of games from beginning to end.
🏅 MEDALS + BRAGGING RIGHTS
This is still a field day, so we’re keeping score! Winners will leave with medals and, more importantly, the bragging rights that come with them.
🤝 COME SOLO OR BRING YOUR PEOPLE
You do not need a group to attend. Pull up with your friends or come by yourself—we’ll place you on a team and make sure you’re included.
There’s no awkward forced networking. The games naturally give everybody a reason to talk, laugh, compete, and connect.
📵 PUT THE PHONE DOWN AND COME PLAY
People need a reason to take a break from social media and be present. At Field Dayz Club, you get to do exactly that.
This is not another event where everybody stands around on their phones. Come move your body, laugh for real, meet somebody new, and feel like a kid again.
👟 WHAT TO WEAR
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers that you can safely exercise and compete in. Come prepared to move, sweat, and play.
