Our adult aerial program welcomes absolute beginners and experienced aerialists. Classes combine progressive skill-building, creative movement, and full-body conditioning using aerial silks and lyra.
You do not need to be especially strong or flexible before beginning—those are qualities you will develop through consistent practice. Come for the movement, challenge, creativity, and community. No performance commitment is required.
