A free monthly support group for adults diagnosed with - or suspect they may have - ADHD. It's an opportunity to meet in person and share experiences and ideas with others who 'get' ADHD. * Our topic this ,month is 'ADHD and Emotions'.
No need to book a place, just turn up on the day.
From June, the venue is Manor House Community Centre on Haddenham Road (off Narborough Road), Leicester, LE3 2BG.
Hosted by Ian Hall, Specialist ADHD Coach, Trainer and Consultant (who is also diagnosed with ADHD). Hope to see you!
This group is on the first Wednesday of each month. It is funded as part of a contract to provide an Adult ADHD Support Service (in partnership with Cogs AI) on behalf of the joint local authorities in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland
