* Have you only recently discovered that you have ADHD?
* Or have you known about your ADHD for years — and sometimes wondered what you would have done differently if you'd understood it all earlier?
This month, we're bringing those two ends of the ADHD journey together. ❤️
💬 What would you ask someone who's been living with ADHD for years?
If you're newly diagnosed, perhaps you're wondering:
* What do I do now?
* What actually helped you when you were starting out?
* What do you wish you'd known back then?
* How did you figure out what worked for you?
And if you've been diagnosed for a long time:
* What do you wish someone had told you when you were first diagnosed?
* What have you learned along the way?
* What mistakes, discoveries or breakthroughs might help someone just starting out?
* What would you like to share with someone who is where you once were?
This isn't a lecture or a formal presentation.
The focus is on people.
We'll have plenty of time to chat, swap experiences, ask questions, share the things we've learned, and hopefully make some new connections with people who get it.
We'll have around two hours together, with a good break during the session to recharge, grab a drink, continue chatting — or simply take a bit of breathing space if you need it. 😊
Whether you've been diagnosed last week, 10 years ago, somewhere in between, or you're simply looking to meet other people who understand what ADHD is like, you're very welcome.
Come along, meet your ADHD tribe, and perhaps help someone else feel a little less alone on their journey.
We'd love to see you there! 💙
