About this Event
Join us for a relaxed, informal and open conversation about ADHD and the many different ways it can show up in everyday life.
During this friendly and welcoming session, we’ll explore:
- 💚 Common characteristics of ADHD and how they affect us.
- 💚 The strengths and positives associated with ADHD.
- 💚 The challenges we may experience in everyday life.
- 💚 How ADHD can look and feel different for everyone.
- 💚 Sharing experiences, ideas and practical ways to navigate those challenges.
This isn’t a formal workshop or presentation. It’s an opportunity to have an honest conversation, ask questions, share experiences and learn from one another.
Whether you have ADHD, think you might have ADHD, support someone who does, or simply want to understand more, you’re very welcome.
There’s no pressure to share your personal experiences. You’re equally welcome to come along, listen and learn.
