Adelaide's Christmas Tree Lighting 2026 🎄✨https://www.cityofadelaide.com.au/christmas/christmas-tree/
Join us in Victoria Square / Tarntanyangga as Adelaide’s brand-new Christmas Tree lights up for the very first time!
Celebrate the start of the festive season at this FREE community concert, hosted by MC Shanelle Franklin and featuring an incredible line-up of live entertainment from Gospo Collective, L.I.L.L.I, Adelaide Afrobeat Collective and The Cast.
Be there as the Lord Mayor leads the countdown to the spectacular first lighting at approximately 8:30 pm.
Standing 25 metres tall, this year's Christmas Tree celebrates everything that makes South Australia unique, featuring 66,500 programmable lights, almost 3,400 decorations and a spectacular 3.3-metre illuminated star.
With food trucks on site, it's the perfect opportunity to gather your family and friends, roll out a picnic blanket and enjoy a magical summer evening in the heart of the city.
