We’re excited to continue creating space for individuals with physical disabilities and limitations to move, build strength, and experience the benefits of kickboxing in an inclusive environment!
Whether you’re looking to improve your mobility, build confidence, work on coordination, or simply try something new, this class is for YOU. All abilities are welcome, and modifications and on-site coaches will help support participants throughout the session.
