This event provides an overview of Acute Oncology, highlighting the importance of the Multidisciplinary team in delivering coordinated, patient-centred care. Our seminar aims to provide a comprehensive overview of Acute Oncology triage and care pathways, including Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC), alongside education around complications from cancer, and the toxicities from cancer treatment, with a focus on complex radiation therapy, and newer treatment modalities.
