All Women welcome, all ages and stages!Creating a village of women, one gathering at a time. Come as you are, bring your little ones, and join us as a village of women surrounding mothers with babies and children, with love and support.
Children play/dance/ be in the space with us . There are some toys - Bring what you need for your child/baby- feel free to move wearing your baby.
The invitation is to be together however that looks for you- we will start by greeting each other, with a herbal tea.
Then I will bring some guidance, to stretch and strengthen, to groove and have fun! At your own pace, allowing the music to move you, relax, unwind, renew, rejuvenate your energy.
Honouring ourselves and each other as women going through life's rites of passages.
Music will be at a low volume that is gentle on young ears.
Bring your water bottle.
Pay cash at the door, $15, or what you can afford.
I am Vanessa, a Mum of 3 Home birthed humans now aged 28, 25, 18yrs old. I bring my experience as a mother, a birth Doula and music selector for conscious dance.
I weave world music tunefully to support the unleashing of your free and joyful heart!
If you are pregnant and would like to join a class especially for pregnant Mums and partners, there are sessions on Monday evenings, from 6.30pm-8.00pm. Check out the face book event- Pregnancy Movement classes for active childbirth preparation.
