We’ll shuttle vehicles to the take-out before launching.
Join us every Sunday through the end of April for a 10–15 mile active training paddle leading up to the Hugh Heward Challenge! Expect an average pace of 4–4.5 mph depending on river flow.
Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re training for long-distance paddling or just want to improve your endurance on the water, come paddle with us.
Suggested items to bring:
• PFD / life jacket
• Paddle
• Warm, dry clothes
• Full change of clothes if you don’t have a dry suit
