Prof. Dr. Jochen Becker-Ebel is an internationally experienced academic, palliative-care educator, psychodrama director, Gestalt practitioner, and specialist in healthcare communication. For more than 25 years, he has worked across Germany, India, Vietnam, Qatar, Italy, Estonia, Croatia, Türkiye, and the United States.
He has trained approximately 4,000 medical doctors in communication, primarily in palliative care, end-of-life conversations, geriatrics, pain management, nutrition care, and psychosomatic medicine. Through MediAcion and Memomed, the educational organisations he founded and led, his postgraduate programs reached approximately 1,000 doctors annually.
