This month the theme is Optimistic October where we focus on the importance of having a sense of direction, including having goals to look forward to. Choosing meaningful and motivating goals helps us feel good about the future, and brings a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction when we achieve them.The Christchurch Group has been running since March 2026 and is facilitated by our wonderful volunteers Aileen, Nicky & Marie.
