Acrylic Painting Basics
In this beginner-friendly class, we will explore the basics of acrylic painting and equip you with the skills needed to create bold, vibrant artwork.
Acrylics are a versatile, fast-drying paint that is easy to work with and perfect for beginners. We will cover colour mixing, layering, brush techniques, and simple composition as you complete your own small finished piece.
Participants are asked to bring their own acrylic supplies - a list of what to bring will be provided after booking.
Perfect for complete beginners.
Please bring your own acrylic paints, brushes, water container, paper or a small canvas, and a rag or paper towels. We will meet at the flower shop at 6 W French Ave. There is street parking or parking behind the building. It is the building in front of the Carriage House, on the corner of French Ave and Main Street, in the old Scott House. Please come to the front door on French Ave.
