Acro FoundationsMondays, 6:30–7:00 PM
Session dates: November 2, 9, 16, and 30; December 7 and 14
A welcoming introduction to dance acro fundamentals. Dancers will work on strength, coordination, handstand and headstand shapes, cartwheel variations, fish flops, and skills such as connecting a needle into a forward roll. They'll also explore front and back walkover progressions as they're ready.
OPEN TO ALL ARTISTIC ATHLETES
* Students in DANCE SOLUTIONS Jazz I (Mondays: 5:30-6:00) are welcome to stay in the lobby during their 30 minute break to eat & relax before this class
