About this Event
ACLS / BLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support / Basic Life Support) combo for the professional rescuer is designed for individuals in healthcare, dental offices or other professional rescuer fields. This advanced course starts with the basics of CPR for healthcare professionals then moves on to highlight the importance of high-performance team dynamics and communication, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS). This meets the standards of the emergency medicine board in Nebraska for those requiring a professional level BLS and ACLS training with the most current guidelines.
