Our next pick is Howard Zinn’s A People’s History of the United States. We will be breaking the book up into 3 parts; October’s brunch will cover chapters 1-9 (pages 1-210), chapters 10-17 (211-467) for November, and finish the book by early December with chapters 18-25 (469-688). We won’t meet in January so we can have a holiday break from reading obligations. We’ll decide on our next book at December’s brunch. Several copies of the book will be available to check out at the second floor circulation desk reserved under “Anderson County Democrats” & these won’t need to be returned until Dec. 13.
