What if there is more available to you than you've been willing to let yourself receive? Access Bars is a hands-on invitation to slow down, quiet the noise and allow something different to become possible.
In this fun day class, you will gift and receive 2 bars sessions, with facilitation around whatever comes up.
You will learn the Bars points, receive tools and material to practice with the choice to offer Bars to others or simply keep for yourself, your family and friends.
No pressure. No fixing.
No having to know what you are doing.
Just a day of receiving, exploring and seeing what else might be possible when we get out of our own way.
