About this Event
Welcome to the Accelerator Execution Learning Day!
Strategy dies in the doing. This day is the rhythm, the accountability, and the sales machinery that turn a good plan into a quarter you actually hit.
What we’ll cover:
- Rockefeller Habits: the habits behind consistent execution
- Meeting Rhythms: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and what belongs in each
- Process Accountability: one name on every process, no committees
- Process Mapping: see the work, then fix the bottleneck
- Sales Playbook: write down what your best rep does so everyone can do it
- Sales Basics: the fundamentals teams skip, then wonder why the pipeline is thin
- Eisenhower Matrix: urgent versus important, and killing the busy work
You’ll leave with a meeting rhythm on the calendar, a named owner for every core process, and the first draft of your sales playbook.
About Your Trainer: Bill Gallagher
Bill Gallagher is the author of Busy Is Broken, host of the Scaling Up Podcast (700+ episodes), and a coach to CEOs and entrepreneurs who want to scale without losing their minds. Across 40+ years as an entrepreneur and executive, he led four companies as CEO and helped grow two others from startup to over $550 million. Today he works with leaders and teams in 39 cities across 18 countries.
A former DJ and radio executive, Bill still talks for a living, just with better material. When he's not coaching, he's probably surfing, sailing, skiing, flying, or diving, basically anything that moves. He and his wife Lori have lived in the Oakland Hills for 30 years and raised two kids: a son who's a leading AI scientist and a daughter who's a creative director in music and entertainment. He's also a proud grandpa.
