This practical two-part programme is designed to help your business identify technology opportunities, assess organisational readiness, and develop clear plans for implementation.
Delivered through two interactive masterclasses in Glasgow on Thursday 22 October and Tuesday 17 November 2026, the programme combines expert insight, practical tools, facilitated activities and peer learning to help you move from ambition to action.
Designed for business leaders and decision-makers, the programme will help you:
• Assess your organisation's readiness for technology adoption
• Explore high-impact technologies, use cases, barriers and risks
• Identify potential technology opportunities, aligned to your business goals
• Recognise the impact of organisational change and business model innovation
• Consider the business case for technology adoption, and measuring outcomes
• Share experiences with peers and build confidence for successful implementation
Programme Dates:
• Masterclass one: Thursday 22 October 2026, 9:30am for a 10am start, finishing at 3pm
• Masterclass two: Tuesday 17 November 2026, 9:30am for a 10am start, finishing at 3pm
