Join House Of Harland for a brand new workshop! AERIAL LOW LOLLIPOP!
Have you ever wanted to try out aerial arts? This is the perfect starting point for absolute beginners! Our lollipop is just 2 metres- ish high which gives absolute beginners the confidence they need to try shapes and moves at a more comfortable height.
Hildy will give you a fun and comprehensive warm up then you will learn some moves on spin, ways of getting into the Lyra hoop and some shapes in the hoop too! At the end and throughout you will have the opportunity take pictures and videos of your accomplishments with a cute little summery backdrop (this is not essential). Then we will cool down and have a little stretch.
WHAT TO WEAR
You may wear tight stretchy bottoms, a very supportive top for those with boobs.
Bringing shorts and longer bottoms may be a good idea. If you decide to wear shorts only be aware that this may be a little spicy on your skin.
You can not wear shoes on this apparatus so please be prepared to go bare foot, socks may be worn at some points but you will need your feet bare too so you don't slip.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME/5 MINS BEFORE YOUR SLOT SO WE CAN ENSURE WE RUN ON TIME. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST WARM UP AND COOL DOWN.
All bodies, genders and ages over 18+ are welcome in this workshop
Our venue has a gender neutral changing room/ bathroom and is a very LGBTQ+ friendly space.
