Join Aberdeen Climate Action for our monthly beach clean at Footdee – a friendly, free event open to everyone, whether you're an ACA member or not.
Aberdeen's coastline is beautiful – let's keep it that way. Every month we head out as a community to collect litter along the beach and nearby paths, then stay for a relaxed chat over coffee. It's a small action that makes a real difference, and it's always a pleasure to do it together.
Tickets become available once the August event is over – book your spot below to help us plan numbers.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SCHEDULE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
10:30 – Welcome & safety briefing Please arrive on time so we can brief everyone, explain how the event works, and hand out equipment.
10:45 – Beach clean We'll spread out in pairs or small groups to collect litter along the beach and nearby paths.
12:00 – Wrap-up & social time ☕ We'll meet back at the start point to return equipment, tally up what we've found, and take a group photo. Please plan to stay until 12:30 if you can – this is a great time to meet like-minded people, ask questions, and enjoy a relaxed moment together after the clean-up. Bring a flask, a snack, or just yourself!

Tongs, gloves, and bin bags will be provided – feel free to bring your own if you have it.
