About this Event
Join the Fun at the Abbots Bromley Ceilidh!
Get ready to dance the night away at Abbots Bromley Village Hall with the Reel Hot Ceilidh Peppers!
The Reel Hot Ceilidh Peppers play fun and lively barn dance and ceilidh music, just what you need for a good dance. Our sound is best described as folk-rock and is produced by a line-up of fiddle, keyboard, guitar, drums and bass guitar.
Ceilidh dancing involves energetic group dances performed to live traditional music, often featuring fiddles, accordions, and drums. A caller leads the dances, explaining the steps and guiding participants, so no prior experience is necessary. The dances are interactive, with participants frequently changing partners or forming circles, lines, or squares, creating a lively and communal atmosphere.
