"Advancing Alzheimer’s Diagnosis and Treatment in Southeast Asia"
The Thailand Hub will focus on emerging opportunities and challenges for Alzheimer’s disease and dementia research in Southeast Asia and low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
Abstract submissions from all regions and topics related to ADRD are also welcome.

� Proposed program highlights
The program is being developed around several key themes:
� Navigating the biomarker era
Exploring blood-based biomarkers, biomarker harmonization, and how advances in Alzheimer’s disease detection can be translated into clinical practice across Southeast Asia and LMICs.
� Aging cohorts & open data
Building regional collaboration, data harmonization, and research-ready datasets to advance dementia research in Asia.
� Alzheimer’s disease treatment in the real world
Discussing the opportunities and challenges of implementing emerging disease-modifying therapies and generating real-world evidence in diverse populations.
� Early-career researcher (ECR) development
Lightning presentations, research networking, mentorship, and opportunities for ECRs to connect and collaborate across the region.
� Practical workshops
Hands-on sessions are being planned around research biobanks, research-ready datasets, digital cognitive assessment, and the clinical use of biomarkers in LMIC settings.
� Networking & regional collaboration
Including opportunities to connect with researchers and networks such as ISTAART, GBHI, and IMPACT-AD.

� CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
We warmly invite students, trainees, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career investigators to submit their research and become part of this international neuroscience community.
� Proposed Abstract Submission Timeline
7 October 2026 — Abstract submission opens
26 October 2026 — General submission deadline
30 October 2026 — ISTAART submission deadline
� Abstracts will be submitted through the Alzheimer’s Association.
