About this Event
Cross examining quantum experts is one of the demanding advocacy skills in arbitration. The AA40 Cross Examination Lab offers a environment to develop this capability through exercises with peers.
Participants will conduct short cross examination sessions of quantum specialists from Oxera before experienced arbitration practitioners.
Each exercise is followed by targeted feedback and concrete guidance on technique, strategy and questioning style. The programme does not require prior exposure to quantum issues and is open to curious junior practitioners seeking to build confidence in handling damages evidence. The format combines hands on practice, real time feedback and a collaborative setting supported by expert input.
The lab will take place in person in Rome or Milan during the week of 12 October 2026, with applications due by 1 July 2026.
