As nature turns inward and winter approaches, we invite you to honor the season of rest and deep stillness with a nourishing, multi-sensory Yin & Pin workshop centered around the wisdom of Chinese Medicine’s Water Element. Winter is the ultimate season of reflection, governed by the Kidney and Bladder meridians that line the spine and posterior chain to hold our vital energy, regulate the nervous system, and build emotional resilience. In this intimate immersion, you will be guided through passive Yin and restorative postures designed to decompress the spine and open these water channels, amplified by targeted acupuncture points to clear stagnation and boost energetic flow. Throughout the practice, you will receive supportive, therapeutic hands on adjustments and somatic bodywork to invite total physical surrender, leaving you deeply grounded, replenished and ready to move through the winter months.
