After consecutive sold out shows at The Ellington Jazz Club, Duende Indalo will present two big sets of music spanning their back catalogue and performing brand new pieces from their soon to be released sophomore album.Inspired by the likes of Dhafer Youssef, Antonio Forcione and bass guitar mastery reminiscent of Jaco Pastorius, instrumental genre crossing musicians Duende Indalo play an eclectic mix of world music fusing together Flamenco, Jazz, Middle Eastern, Classical, Latin and ambient sounds to create something wholly unique. Duende Indalo play with virtuosic rigour to create music that will transport you to every corner of the globe.
Featuring the likes of legendary bassist Roy Martinez (Gina Williams, Hank Marvin, Dave Man Collective, Natalie Gillespie), virtuosic jazz drummer Greg Brenton (Steve Hensby Band, Mace Francis Orchestra), classical guitarist maestro Karl Hiller (Brodie Loves, Odette Mercy and Her Soul Atomics, Grace Barbe-Afro Kreol, Soukouss Internationale), multi-instrumentalist Tony Borthwick on soprano saxophone, flute and bansuri, and Indian classically trained tabla player and percussionist Pavan Hari, Duende Indalo create music that is both soulful and expressive and yet masterfully technical and musically refined.
Duende Indalo are mystifying audiences in sold out venues with their beautifully crafted and unforgettable performances as they prepare to release their second full length album in late 2026.
