About this Event
Create bespoke Christmas for you and your loved ones by printing card and fabric items using hand carved Indian wood blocks.
During your workshop, you will be supported by Eleanor, a trained wood block printer to print cards and gift labels, as well as a cotton tea towel and up to 6 cotton napkins.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced wood block printers. All materials and equipment are included in your ticket price as well as a light lunch from Jarrolds.
We start your day by choosing from a variety of different Christmas themed blocks before going on to practice designs until you are happy with your block and paint colour choices. You will then have the opportunity to print up to 6 Christmas cards and 6 gift labels (you can exchange these items), before moving on to practicing, then printing your fabric designs.
You will have the opportunity to personalise your napkins to make your Christmas extra special.
Ticket price inclues a soft drink, tea or coffee and a light lunch of sausage roll, crisps and sandwiches.
