Join us for a beautiful evening of slowing down, connecting with ourselves, and exploring the healing power of sound, voice, and creativity. 💗
This will be a space to take a breath, let go of the busyness of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself through a series of guided experiences.
🌿 Our Evening Together
🧘♀️ Guided Meditation
We’ll begin by grounding into the present moment, settling our bodies, and creating space to simply be.
🔔 Sound Healing
Relax into the soothing sounds and vibrations as we create space for rest, balance, and inner connection.
🎶 Guided Vocal Toning
Explore the vibrations of your own voice through gentle, guided toning. No singing experience is needed, just an openness to explore and connect with your voice.
🎨 Creative Art Time
We’ll close our evening with time for free creative expression. You’ll have the choice of painting a canvas or decorating a heart-shaped magnet to take home with you.
There will be 8 canvases and 8 heart-shaped magnets available, with each person choosing one project.
Come as you are and give yourself permission to slow down, make space for your own needs, and enjoy an evening of sound, connection, and creativity.
No experience with meditation, vocal toning, or art is needed. Just bring yourself and an open heart. 🌙
Tea & Treats
We’ll also have tea, fresh fruit, and chocolate to enjoy throughout our evening as we slow down, connect, and share space together. 💗
If you have project you want to bring feel free to bring it to work on in this time-frame
