About the Retreat
As You Are is a restorative women’s wellness retreat set in a luxurious home nestled in the natural beauty of Southampton, NY. Designed to nurture personal exploration and deep self-care, this intimate gathering invites you to show up just as you are without any masks or expectations.
Over the course of the 4 days, you will have the ability to disconnect from the fast-paced society, slow down, rest, and move through thoughtfully-curated activities centered on well-being, including mindful meditation, journaling, yoga, and other reflective practices. Each day will focus on a specific theme to guide you deeper into self-connection, empowerment, and inner peace and joy.
With only 6 spots available, As You Are offers an intentionally intimate experience allowing space for presence, healing, and authentic connection with yourself and others, all while unplugging and reconnecting with nature. Group activities and communal spaces encourage connection and heartfelt conversation, creating a warm, supportive sisterhood among participants.

This schedule is a living outline designed to support the flow of the retreat. While I’ve thoughtfully planned each offering, some elements may shift slightly to honor the needs of the group, the rhythm of the day, or the energy of the moment.
Day 1 - Thursday, October 1st

ACCOMODATIONS OPTIONS:
- Queen Bed on the Ground Floor (Shared Room): $1,444 (solo), $1,222/each (shared)
- Queen Bed on the Bottom Floor (Private): $1,666 (solo), $1,222/each (shared)
- Queen Bed on the Top Floor (Private): $1,777 (solo), $1,333/each (shared)
- King Bed with a Private Balcony: $1,999 (solo), $1,555/each (shared)
*Solo refers to your own bed and Shared refers to sharing a bed
*All rooms offer the same access to retreat programming, meals, and experiences. Choose the option that best supports how you rest and restore. (Please note that the retreat location may change. If so, room configurations may vary slightly, while the overall experience, inclusions, and value of the retreat remain the same.)
To honor comfort and privacy, room selections are first-come, first served. If a room is booked for solo use, the shared-bed option for that room will no longer be available. It's recommended to book early if you have a strong preference for a specific room type.
A non-refundable deposit of $333 is required to reserve your spot and early bird pricing. The remaining balance is DUE a month before the retreat on September 1st. Due to the intimate nature of this retreat, all deposits are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another guest with prior approval.

- Airfare/Transportation
- Any individual meals out during free time
- Travel insurance
- Off-site activities or excursions during free time
- Alcohol beverages (to support a clear and mindful retreat experience, minimal or no alcohol consumption is strongly encouraged)
- 1:1 coaching with retreat host (optional add-on)
