The event name comes from legendary coach Ron Warhurst's catchphrase, "Very Nice". The event itself has become a 1 January tradition where we present the winners of the Michigan Runner Race Series & Michigan Runner Of The Year for the previous year, have some Washtenaw Dairy donuts (to which Ronnie attributes the success of his athletes, at least in part), & start the year off with a fun run.8:45am Presentation Of 2026 Michigan Runner Race Series Winners & Michigan Runner Of The Year
