Blue-Eyed Soul and Blues diva and original recording artist Kaye Bohler brings her 8-piece show band to celebrate the career of an American treasure, the great Etta James. Act One focuses on the recordings of a teenage Etta James and her years at Chess Records in the 1950s and 60s. Act Two celebrates the funky, rock-edged blues and soul sound and recordings from Etta’s comeback years of the late 1980s and 90s. Kaye is a storytelling songwriter that delivers a history lesson in this show, along with ample opportunity to boogie to some funky down-home Soul and Blues, like only Etta James' vast career can deliver.

- Dancing is encouraged at Almost Famous, and usually takes place in front of the stage. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a completely unobstructed view to those sitting at bistro tables.
